  This event is held in partnership with the Basin Beautification Project, a regional initiative uniting Midland County, Ector County, and the cities of Midland and Odessa in a shared effort to keep the Permian Basin clean, safe, and beautiful. Residents are encouraged to bring large household trash items, tires (no rims), used motor oil and filters, batteries, and unused or expired prescription medications for safe and responsible disposal.
