The Basin Beautification Project brings together the City of Midland, City of Odessa, Ector County, and Midland County in a united effort to keep our communities clean, safe, and beautiful. Through education, partnership, engagement, and consistent action, we work to reduce litter and debris, promote responsibility, and inspire pride in the places we call home.
